R E A D I N G D E S K S

There are writing desks, there are computer desks, there are school desks, and there are secretary desks, there are office desks, and there are compact desks (Just Kidding) but, today I wonder about the reading desk.
Is there a such thing? A reading wonder. A place designed for one to do just that? I believe that everyone has a reading desk, and that desk is different for everyperson.
To read, a person must be comfortable. And when I say "R E A D" I don't mean a page, or two. I mean a knock-down-drag-out I'm going to read this whole book because it's amazing, "R E A D." And for most people who frequently read that way, they don't N E E D that, but it makes for a better book.
So, yes there are reading desks, but what are they?
some worms read in tight spaces
some worms read on the floor
some worms read in the car
some worms read at the table
some worms read at night
some worms read in bed
some worms read with book lights
some worms read on the beach
some worms read at the park
some worms read out loud
some worms move their lips
some worms laugh
some worms cry
some worms dog ear
some worms break the binds
some worms have book marks
some worms remember the page they left
some worms skim
some worms read again and again
brookeworms read class, during algebra lessons.
brookeworms read in bed with the covers pulled over her chest.
brookeworms read on kindles.
brookeworms read old books.
But, the best place of all is Brookeworm's reading desk, where she lays her head to read: Brookeworm's reading chest is Jason. There's not a place in the world that I would rather be, than with Jason and in a book. Perfect.
